Reasons why visit Indonesia

This year the Indonesian Ministry of Culture and Tourism, has declared 2008 as a Visit Indonesia Year. Visit Indonesia Year has officially launched on 26th December 2007. This national marketing activities also used to commemorate 100 years of Indonesia's national awakening. The target already set for 7 millions tourists. Do you thing is it feasible?

Indonesia with a vast archipelago of more than 17,000 islands, comprising 2 millions square kilometers since 2000 on average, 5 million foreign tourists each year with average stay 9 – 12 days. Our country Indonesia gains US$ 4.6 billion income annually which is make tourism being an important component of the Indonesian economy. But if we compare with our tiny neighbor Singapore hit 10.3 millions visitor last year, we have to be more serious about tourism. Any ideas?

Maybe it's all about how we serve our people before serve foreigner.

Better displays

I met my old friend yesterday, since 6 years he move another town. Such a surprise that he back here to check the biggest event party in town, as an event director. We both organized events together many times during in college, before then busy with individual business.

Pregestimil wanted

Honestly I never heard about this product until a month ago. My baby used to feed of Nutrilon Royal, a product of Nutricia. Gungde, started being allergy after his 8 month, both of cow and soy milk. My doctor recommended us two names, Pan-Enteral (Otsuka) and Pregestimil (Mead Johnson). She said that we can try the first choice since Pregestimil is rarely in market. So we tried it, unfortunately only stand for 2 weeks before it occured again.

We visited doctor Anang, he is a specialist who recommended by doctor Retno Asih. Anang said that it was allergy for sure, and he as well as Retno has no other choice, except asked me to buy Pregestimil. We still fed Pan-Enteral to Gungde for 1 day before my wife couldn't stand anymore with her child condition. My baby is a cute, and healthy. His weight is 10 kg, 9 months old. No one will feel happy with red spots in his cheek.

I called the only two places its agent (Diah) informed, but only one mini market still has it. So I straight went there and buy. It was shock me, the price is Rp 135.000,- ,(425 g) double than my ordinary formula milk (Nutrilon). The sales said it was imported, and sticker label still there with 13 euro in printed. Again I had no choice, since the stock was very limited I asked for more, but rejected by the sales. The old woman wisely told me, please give chance to other family to buy them. “It was stupid for me, as a sales, but Pregestimil really most wanted here,” she continued. I could not say anything, but thank you.

All my family wish and expect now is Pregestimil to be easy to find in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. Even its taste not as sweet as others milk, and price double we might understand. Or another company will produce and distribute the same special formula milk as it? Please let me know.
