Leisure in Europe

Maybe you have been to Spain many times, but do you know that Barcelona has Gran Teatre del Liceu opera theatre, the world-renowned venue for live music and theater? Have you heard also about the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya, or the Palau de la Música Catalana concert hall? If you are Music Festival lover you must visit this town, at least around June every year.

Where is the largest amphitheater ever built in the Roman Empire? Don't know? Then you must visit Rome (nickname : The Eternal City), to watch the Colosseum (70-80 AD). Just sit there and imagine how was it used for gladiatorial combat.

London is capital of England and the United Kingdom, no doubt everyone know it. Less well know is London has Oxford Street, the longest and busiest shopping area in the world. So during your leisure, entertain yourself with many shops and department stores its has.

Last but not least, one of the best places to spend your holidays is Amsterdam. With more than 4.2 million international visitors, mostly attracted for some reasons: First, its reputation as a liberal city. Second, the reputation of its museums, such as: the Rijksmuseum, and the Van Gogh Museum, dedicated to their artist early work. Third, and ... you figure out and name it by yourself. Too many interesting places to be mentioned. Happy holidays!
